One Extra Step on Your First Order

Swagelok Northwest (US) follows a standard business verification procedure for all initial orders by new customers. Please review the important steps in this process:

  • Your first order will require payment by credit card.
  • Business verification is scheduled within 48 hours of order placement.
  • A dedicated customer support representative will contact you via email or phone to secure: business address, shipping and billing information, and product end user.
  • The same representative will promptly contact you to confirm verification completion and furnish shipment details.

Important Note:  Even if you've previously transacted with another independent Swagelok sales and service center, Swagelok Northwest (US) requires a separate business verification process.
